Human Resources
We provide organisations access to an HR specialist on a ‘needs’ basis, providing peace of mind that you are managing your employees effectively and in line with UK employment legislation.
We act as your business partner, providing general support and advice, often over the telephone or at your premises if required. Triangle HR founder Justine Vaughan has spent more than 15 years in HR management across all disciplines from shop floor to board room. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Justine is our expert in all things HR and can help you through the whole employment journey from writing job specifications and interviewing, to managing absence, dealing with grievances, maximising employee performance, and handling re-structures and redundancy programmes.
Alison Dirkin, has worked within HR for over 10 years working predominately for a Blue Chip Organisation in a HR advisory and project management capacity. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Alison has provided support and advice to managers on all aspects of HR, recruitment and selection, managing absence, maternity/paternity, reviewing policies and procedures and managing key HR projects.

Our specialists are Turner Peachey Chartered Accountants, a respected firm operating across Shropshire & Mid Wales. Headed up by Elwyn Turner, partner who specialises in advising owner-managed businesses in all aspects of accountancy, taxation and strategic matters. Elwyn qualified in 1998 and later joining the corporate tax team at Arthur Anderson before returning to Turner Peachey and becoming a partner in 2003.
Supporting Elwyn is David Walker, Director of Tax who joined the firm in November 2009 together with Lin Gardner and Karen Haynes from the payroll bureau.
