Conducting regular effective appraisals and performance reviews are essential in ensuring every business meets its objectives by gaining the best from its people.

A good manager will be aware of the importance of providing constructive feedback to their team members and will ensure focused objectives, which link to business objectives, are identified together with clear performance and development action plans.
