Course Aims and Objectives:

The course aims to help participants develop their own self awareness so they understand more about themselves and provides an understanding of the key leadership skills needed when it comes to effectively managing people.

Participants will be given a selection of practical tools they can take back to the workplace to help when it comes to developing their leadership skills and effectively managing others.
