Justine Vaughan, founder and director of Triangle HR, said: “We are delighted to be able to offer the Academy HR service. The Academy is at the cutting edge of business support, which is where we always aim to be. We make a great team.

“This is a very exciting concept and one that local businesses have been waiting for. Our objective is to work with business owners and managers to help them develop their people management capability so they can really turn their focus on growing the business.

“We can help in so many ways – from helping deliver company change programmes, implementation of employment policies and procedures, the recruitment and selection of a new employee, handling disciplinary and grievance matters and implementation of improvement plans for poor performance and high sickness absence through to the delivery of people management skills workshops.”

Academy HR will be there for members who need the full range of HR advice and support. This includes:

  • Human resources – advice and material support on how to get the best out of your staff and teams, to maximise productivity and staff satisfaction
  • Employment law – expert guidance through the many strands of legislation that can affect your business, providing clarity, common sense and good judgement

As part of the service, Academy members will receive a complimentary review of their HR policies and procedures and a one-hour complimentary consultation on a topic of their choice.

The Academy will run high quality business and education courses and act as a powerful networking club, encouraging more business to be done in Shropshire.

It includes the first MBA programme to be delivered wholly in Shropshire - through a partnership with the University of Wolverhampton’s BusinessSchool.
