Consultancy Support

Triangle HR provide professional consultancy underpinned by a commercial focus, offering employers peace of mind and reassurance that HR matters are being managed in line with employment legislation, but also the needs of their business.

Our clients needs vary greatly and we strive to provide flexibility in our delivery, ranging from ‘light-touch’ intervention through to a full ‘hand-holding’ approach, and strategic partnering. We cover a range of topics from recruitment through to exit strategies, and with a passion for developing others, we always seek to fully understand each individual case before providing pragmatic advice and recommendations with risk factors identified; enabling informed, commercial decisions that are right for the organisation.

All of the above services are available on a ‘Project’ basis, with access to HR advice and support on an ad-hoc basis.  Our ‘Retained’ packages provide additional reassurance with priority access to Consultant support and the option to spread the cost over 2, 3 or 5 years, with fees from as little as £28.50 per month!

Contracts and Handbooks

As well as there being a legal requirement for all employees to be provided with an employment contract and the risk of financial penalties for employers who fails to do so, these valuable documents help to support your business interests and day to day practices.

At Triangle HR we believe that every Employment Contract should be supported by relevant  policies and procedures including those governed by legislation or that we consider best practice, as well as a range of optional ones bespoke to the particular business or specific industry sectors. With this in mind, we provide documents that are accompanied by a comprehensive and tailored Employee Handbook.
